Production Coordinator - Joinery

We are looking for an organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our joinery team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, procurement, site teams and project management to ensure joinery works are delivered smoothly, on time and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily production activities and project requirements.Liaise with production, design, procurement and site teams.Track production schedules, material requirements and delivery timelines.Monitor project progress and follow up on pending actions.Ensure drawings, materials and production requirements are aligned before manufacturing.Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules.Maintain accurate production records and provide regular progress updates.Identify potential delays and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.Requirements:Experience in joinery is a mustStrong coordination and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Good communication and follow-up skills.Proficiency in Autocad, MS Office; knowledge of ERP/production management systems is an advantage.UAE driving licence is preferred.If you are detail-oriented, hands-on and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we would love to hear from you.Apply now and join our growing team!
