With strong expertise in 3D design, structural analysis, and industrial production, we deliver solutions that require precision, technical judgment, and accountability.Our client base extends throughout Greece and internationally.As part of our growth, we are seeking a Production Engineer for our facilities in Aspropyrgos.Your RoleThis role is addressed to an engineer who can operate with autonomy, technical competence, and responsibility, actively taking ownership of production organization and control. This is not a support role. It requires a direct and meaningful contribution to production performance and optimization.Main ResponsibilitiesPreparation of mechanical designs and review of construction details Supervision and management of projects (production & installations), ensuring adherence to timelines Development and optimization of technical solutions related to metal constructions Organization and coordination of the production process Collaboration with technical departments, suppliers, and clients Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations Immediate troubleshooting of technical issues within production Required QualificationsDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related field) Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in design and construction of metal structures or industrial production Very good knowledge of SolidWorks (hands-on experience in real projects is required — not entry-level) Experience in production planning and monitoring Strong understanding of material strength and industrial standards Very good knowledge of MS Office Very good command of English and ability to produce technical documentation Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills Responsibility, reliability, and professional consistency Preferred QualificationsExperience in heavy metal constructions or demanding industrial projects Experience in construction sites or industrial environments Ability to manage projects and lead engineering teams Administrative skills and ability to make high-responsibility technical decisions Knowledge of 3D Printing will be considered an asset What We OfferCompetitive compensation package, including bonuses based on experience and performance Participation in demanding, high-spec technical projects A performance-driven environment that values accountability and results Continuous training and professional development A stable and well-structured working environment LocationAspropyrgos, AtticaApplicationFor more information about our company, please visit: www.hed-engineering.comIf you have the experience and mindset required to take on a role with real responsibility in an environment that combines engineering, production, and real-world projects, we invite you to submit your CV.
