Production EngineerI’m working with an innovative technology company developing cutting-edge products, and they’re looking for a Production Engineer to join their growing team.This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll help take advanced products from prototype builds through to production, working across manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing and continuous improvement.What you’ll be doingBuild, assemble and test complex mechanical, electrical and optical systemsSupport the transition of products from prototype into productionTroubleshoot, fault-find and resolve manufacturing and assembly issuesCreate and maintain SOPs, work instructions and production documentationDrive improvements across manufacturing processes, efficiency and qualitySupport 3D printing, parts management and inventoryWork closely with suppliers and outsourced manufacturing partnersWhat we’re looking forProduction or manufacturing experience within a mechanical, electrical or optical engineering environmentHands-on experience with assembly, integration and testingStrong troubleshooting and fault-finding skillsExperience working with complex hardware or technical productsA proactive, practical and detail-oriented approachSomeone who enjoys solving problems and getting hands-on with hardwareExperience supporting the journey from prototype to production would be highly beneficialApply today or contact Gemma for more information
