This environment enables engineering professionals to work on end-to-end solutions from concept through validation and implementation.Role Description The Production Engineer will work in a full-time hybrid role based in Surat. The position involves planning and coordinating production activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring that manufacturing operations run efficiently and safely. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and monitoring production schedules, collaborating with design and manufacturing teams, and implementing methods to reduce waste and improve throughput. The role also requires overseeing quality control checks, analyzing production data to identify issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Engineer will communicate regularly with cross-functional stakeholders to align production targets with project timelines and customer requirements.QualificationsStrong foundation in Production Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to manufacturing processes.Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting production data, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements.Experience with Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.Knowledge of Quality Control practices, standards, and tools to maintain consistent product quality.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and management.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.Familiarity with CAD/3D modeling tools and basic understanding of fixture design and manufacturing processes is an advantage.Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing project needs.Exposure to lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, or similar frameworks is beneficial.
