This setup offers team members exposure to international best practices and regional project requirements.Role Description the Production Engineer role is a full-time position based in Rabigh. The role involves planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities for pre-engineered accessories and related precast products to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. The Production Engineer will monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to optimize workflow and resource utilization. Responsibilities include coordinating with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams, preparing production reports, and supporting the implementation of new technologies and procedures. The role also requires close communication with management and technical support teams to align production output with customer requirements and delivery timelines.QualificationsStrong foundation in Production Engineering, including manufacturing processes and industrial operations.Analytical skills to interpret production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.Experience with Production Planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources on the shop floor.Knowledge of Quality Control principles, standards, and inspection methods within manufacturing.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting procedures.Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Familiarity with precast products, reinforcement systems, or construction-related manufacturing is an advantage.Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office, basic CAD or production planning software).Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of self-organization.Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to German and local industry standards.
