The company is strongly focused on innovation, sustainability, and circular manufacturing, promoting responsible recycling in all operations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Khed. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities in the aluminium melting and alloying process, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency targets. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing process parameters, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams, and addressing production issues to minimize downtime. The role involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, implementing standard operating procedures, and maintaining documentation for process control and compliance. The Production Engineer will also assist in planning production schedules, managing resources, and collaborating with quality and logistics teams to meet delivery commitments.QualificationsStrong technical knowledge of metal manufacturing processes, preferably aluminium melting, alloying, and casting.Ability to analyze production data, monitor process parameters, and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.Understanding of quality control practices, metallurgical standards, and basic root cause analysis tools.Familiarity with safety protocols, equipment handling, and standard operating procedures in a plant environment.Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or related engineering discipline.Experience in foundry, casting, or metal recycling operations is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Khed and manage shift-based or extended production hours when required.Experience:Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.Candidates with experience in foundry, aluminium casting, metal manufacturing, or metal recycling will be preferred.
