Production Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and organize the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Work closely with the production team and supervise the assembly and manufacturing of units.Inspect units during and after production to ensure they meet required technical and quality standards.Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.Use AutoCAD to review and prepare technical drawings when required.Develop and modify machine programming and PC-based programs used for production equipment.Support troubleshooting and resolve technical or production-related issues.Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure they meet the required quality specifications.Conduct and monitor welding tests and ensure welding quality meets the required standards.Perform testing and inspection of completed units before final delivery.Coordinate with relevant departments to address quality, technical, and production issues.Maintain accurate production, inspection, and testing records.Ensure production activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. 2–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or a related engineering role.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.Basic to intermediate knowledge of machine programming and PC-based programming.Experience with production inspection, material quality checks, and testing procedures.Knowledge of welding processes and welding quality inspection is an advantage.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to coordinate and work effectively with production teams.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
