Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer, you are responsible for continuously improving product and process quality within Truck Assembly. You will focus on optimizing production processes, solving complex technical challenges, and implementing product and process improvements.You work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve safety, quality, delivery performance, and costs. In addition, you support production teams with troubleshooting, lead or participate in improvement projects, and validate process changes through testing.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously improve production processes and KPI performance (safety, quality, delivery reliability, and cost).Support production teams in solving complex product and process issues.Implement product and process changes across areas such as layout, equipment, logistics, and automation.Participate in or lead process improvement and investment projects.Assess and validate the impact of product, process, or environmental changes through testing.Your ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Strong technical affinity and curiosity for products and processes.Analytical mindset; experience with data analysis is a plus.Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.Strong planning and organizational skills.Accurate, communicative, and adaptable.Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
