Applicants can expect to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and impactful communication.Role Description:The Production Executive will work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in a full-time capacity, overseeing end-to-end production activities for client projects and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of materials aligned with campaign objectives. The role involves close collaboration with account managers, creative teams, vendors, and partners to maintain quality standards and resolve operational issues. The Production Executive will track production performance, monitor costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency. The role also requires clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all production outputs meet brand guidelines and client expectations.Production Planning & Pre-ProductionOwn the planning and coordination of all photo and video productions from briefing through final delivery.Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring all shoots are planned in advance and aligned with client requirements, internal deadlines, and team availability.Prepare and coordinate all production requirements, including mood boards, shot lists, call sheets, locations, permits, talent, props, styling, equipment, and production teams.Ensure mood boards, shoot dates, timings, and key production requirements are approved by the client before the shoot.Share finalized production briefs and requirements with all relevant internal and external teams at least 48–72 hours ahead of each shoot.Proactively identify any production risks, missing requirements, or scheduling conflicts and escalate them before they impact the shoot.Shoot Direction & On-Set Production ManagementBe present on set during photo and video shoots to oversee execution and ensure alignment with the approved creative direction, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.Coordinate closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, talent, and other production personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient shoot workflow.Manage shot lists, mood boards, and creative references on set to ensure all required assets are captured accurately and efficiently.Monitor lighting, framing, composition, styling, and overall visual quality to maintain consistency across all content produced.Ensure brand safety, professionalism, and compliance with client standards, including wardrobe, set design, props, and talent conduct.Oversee content capture across multiple formats, including static content, reels, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and stories, to maximize output from every production.Attend and cover events, launches, and activations when required, ensuring relevant real-time content is captured.Production Scheduling & CoordinationMaintain a clear and continuously updated master production calendar covering all clients, shoots, events, deadlines, and production resources.Coordinate shoot dates and timings internally before confirming anything with clients.Ensure photographers, videographers, models, suppliers, and other production resources are booked and confirmed in advance.Manage last-minute production changes professionally while minimizing disruption to clients and internal teams.Keep management informed of upcoming shoots, changes, cancellations, or issues that may affect production.Supplier, Talent & Budget ManagementSource and coordinate photographers, videographers, models, stylists, locations, equipment, and other external production suppliers when required.Negotiate supplier rates within approved budgets and obtain management approval before confirming additional costs.Maintain an organized database of trusted production suppliers and talent.Ensure all required quotations, invoices, release forms, model agreements, and supporting documentation are collected and properly filed.Track production expenses and ensure shoots remain within approved budgets.Post-Production & Content DeliveryEnsure all raw footage and photography are collected, organized, backed up, and handed over to the relevant internal team immediately following each shoot.Coordinate with editors, designers, photographers, and videographers on post-production requirements and deadlines.Review produced content against the approved mood board, shot list, and client requirements before it progresses for final approval.Track editing, retouching, revisions, and final asset delivery to ensure agreed timelines are met.Ensure all required deliverables from each shoot have been received and properly archived.Client & Internal CommunicationAct as the main production coordination point between clients, account teams, creative teams, and external suppliers.Provide clients and internal teams with clear production schedules, requirements, and updates ahead of every shoot.Keep relevant teams updated during shoots where necessary, particularly regarding changes, missing assets, or client requests.Share a clear post-shoot recap outlining what was completed, any outstanding requirements, issues encountered, and next steps.Maintain accurate and up-to-date production tasks, deadlines, and statuses on Asana at all times.Production Accountability & Quality ControlTake ownership of ensuring every production is properly prepared, professionally executed, and delivered on time.Ensure no shoot proceeds without the required approvals, resources, briefs, and production preparation.Maintain consistent production standards across all NEON clients.Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, content output, supplier quality, and overall execution.Conduct a post-production check after each shoot to identify any missing deliverables or required follow-ups before closing the production internally.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate workflows and ensure smooth execution.Candidates should demonstrate excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients.Candidates should have knowledge of Food Technology and related production processes if handling food-related or FMCG projects.Candidates should exhibit solid Quality Control skills to maintain standards, review outputs, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.Relevant experience in production or operations within agency, FMCG, or manufacturing environments is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline is advantageous.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are essential.Proficiency in production tracking tools, project management software, and MS Office is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.Must have their own Iqama and Residency. Must speak english and arabic.
