Production Executive (QA/QC)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a QA/QC Executive to support our food manufacturing operations in maintaining food safety, product quality and regulatory compliance.The role will work closely with the Production team and cover QA/QC, food safety, audits, documentation and quality improvement.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate customer and certification audits, including SFA, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and Halal.Investigate and follow up on internal and customer complaints, product quality issues and non-conformities.Maintain and update SOPs, quality and food safety documents, forms and records, while supporting Production in documentation implementation, control and compliance.Conduct quality and food safety training for production staff.Responsible for pest control and waste management activities and records.Participate in implementation of new area processes and improvementsJob RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Science, Engineering or related field.Minimum 1-2 years of QA/QC experience in a food manufacturing environment.Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO/FSSC 22000.Experience in food safety, audits, complaint investigation, and QA documentation is preferred.Able to communicate in Mandarin.Willing to work in Jurong area.
