Salary - 7000 to 9000 AEDRole Description The Production In-charge (Joinery) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees day-to-day joinery production activities, including planning work schedules, allocating tasks to the production team, and monitoring progress to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. The position is responsible for supervising workshop operations, coordinating with project managers and site teams, managing materials and inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and company policies. The Production In-charge (Joinery) also reviews technical drawings, resolves production issues, optimizes workflow and resource utilization, and supports continuous improvement in joinery processes and product quality.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in joinery production management, including supervising workshop teams and coordinating multiple projects.Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, machinery, and finishing processes used in interior fit-out and furniture manufacturing.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, with attention to detail and quality standards.Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet timelines and cost targets.Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to joinery and workshop operations.Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide diverse teams and collaborate with project, procurement, and site teams.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production challenges and implement process improvements.Prior experience in joinery or interior fit-out projects in the Gulf region is an advantage.Relevant technical qualification or diploma in carpentry, joinery, woodworking, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
