This position is responsible for planning and supervising daily production activities, ensuring that output meets quality standards and delivery schedules. The role includes monitoring inventory of raw materials, coordinating with procurement and logistics, and optimizing the use of machinery, labor, and time. The Production Incharge will lead and guide production staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance procedures. The position also involves maintaining production reports, identifying process improvements, and working closely with management to meet operational and business goals.Qualifications Ability to plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.Strong leadership skills to supervise teams on the shop floor, provide guidance, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.Attention to detail and familiarity with quality control procedures to ensure consistent product standards.Basic understanding of inventory management, materials handling, and coordination with procurement and logistics.Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and report production status to management.Experience working in a manufacturing or trading environment is preferred.Diploma or degree in engineering, production management, or a related field is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
