Ltd.Position: Caramel Food Technologist• Location: Una, Himachal Pradesh• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food TechnologyExperience: 5-8 YearsKey ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee production of Caramel Colours (Class I, II, III & IV) ensuring consistent quality and yield. Monitor and control caramelization processes, colour intensity, and tinctorial strength as per batch specifications. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (FSSAI, ISO, etc.). Troubleshoot production issues and drive process optimization for improved efficiency.Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation for batch records and formulations.Coordinate with R&D and QC teams to develop and refine caramel colour formulations. Strong technical knowledge of caramel chemistry, raw materials, and manufacturing equipment will be an added advantage.Preference will be given to candidates with prior hands-on experience in Caramel Colour manufacturing.Share your updated resume atsanchit@ramkripa.com
