Team members join a stable, quality-focused company with a strong reputation in the aroma chemicals industry.Role Description The Production Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based at our manufacturing facility in Una, Himachal Pradesh. This role involves operating and monitoring production equipment, following standard operating procedures, and supporting daily production schedules to meet output targets. Responsibilities include assisting with material handling, maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas, and reporting any equipment or process issues to supervisors. The Production Team Member helps maintain quality standards by checking products against specifications, documenting production data, and complying with safety and environmental regulations. The role also includes learning and applying new production methods, participating in team training sessions, and collaborating with colleagues and leaders to improve efficiency.Qualifications Ability to support Production Planning and basic Production Management activities to meet daily and weekly targets.Strong attention to Quality Control, including following procedures, recording data accurately, and supporting quality audits.Clear and respectful Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, team members, and other departments.Willingness to participate in Training, learn new processes, and follow safety and compliance guidelines.Previous experience in manufacturing, chemical, or process industry environments is an advantage.Basic understanding of industrial safety practices and ability to follow PPE and workplace safety rules.Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a plant environment, and handle routine physical tasks safely.Minimum high school or equivalent education; technical or vocational training in production or chemical processing is a plus.
