This role blends production expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and team success.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate production activities to meet targets.Operate and monitor equipment for production, drying, and packaging.Execute batch processes while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.Plan and prioritize team tasks to maintain schedules.Allocate resources and provide guidance to team members.Monitor production parameters and address issues proactively.Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Collaborate with management and other departments on scheduling and operations.Identify opportunities for operational improvements.Maintain accurate records of activities, equipment, and incidents.Promote a safety-oriented and organized workspace.Support training and development of team members.QualificationsExperience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing.Previous leadership experience as Senior Operator or Team Leader.Hands-on experience with production equipment and batch processes.Strong understanding of safety protocols in manufacturing.Proficiency in completing batch documentation and records.Chemistry degree (Desirable).BenefitsCompetitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience).ApplyIf you have experience in Chemical Operations or Production and are ready to take the next step in your career, we invite you to apply.
