Operating under the retail brand Ceylon Isle Harvest and backed by Swift Aroma Private Limited, the company focuses on quality, integrity, and long-term partnerships.THE ROLELead daily factory operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.Daily production planning & throughput acrossManage staff schedules, production targets and Efficiency targetsCost, yield, and waste controlEnsure strict compliance with HACCP, GMP & FSSC standards.Oversee on-time production deliveriesHandle inventory, packaging, storage, and dispatch.Troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements.Maintain operational records and reports.Support New Product Development and testing.Qualifications5 years Previous experience in factory management, operations, or a related field (preferably in food ) is an added advantage. Experience managing teams of 30+ on a production floorA hands-on leader who's comfortable on the floor, not just in reportsKnowledge of HACCP, ISO22000, BRC A+ and FSSC2200 Ability to work 6 days a week in Moratuwa
