Production Lead – Live Events & Experiential

About the OpportunityJoin a leading global experience design and live events agency delivering large-scale experiences for some of the Middle East’s most ambitious brands and organisations.Based in Riyadh, this is a senior production leadership role working across live events, exhibitions, experience centres and experiential activations throughout Saudi Arabia and the wider region.The RoleAs Production Lead, you’ll take ownership of production delivery across a diverse portfolio of complex projects, leading the production team while remaining hands-on across major projects.You’ll work closely with Client Services, Project Management, Creative and specialist production teams, managing everything from resourcing and budgets through to suppliers, technical delivery and on-site production.This is a highly client-facing role suited to someone who can confidently lead teams, manage complex delivery and turn ambitious creative concepts into reality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead production delivery across live events, exhibitions and experiential projectsManage workflow, resourcing and freelance requirements across the production teamLead, mentor and develop Production and Technical ManagersCreate and manage large-scale project, pitch and programme budgetsManage supplier selection, negotiations and third-party spendOversee technical requirements across staging, AV, digital and constructionDevelop project schedules across pre-production and deliveryWork closely with Creative and Project Management teams to develop practical production solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, venues and key partners across KSAEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to a consistently high standardSupport the continued development and growth of the Riyadh production teamExperience & SkillsStrong experience in a senior production or technical delivery role within live events, exhibitions or experientialProven experience managing Production and/or Technical ManagersExperience delivering large-scale, complex and multidisciplinary projectsBroad technical knowledge across staging, AV, digital and constructionStrong experience creating, managing and negotiating large-scale budgetsConfident client-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong supplier and contractor management experienceWorking knowledge of international and regional Health & Safety and compliance requirementsAbility to generate, understand and interpret technical drawingsFlexible and adaptable approach to complex project requirementsWhat’s on OfferOpportunity to work with major brands and organisations across Saudi ArabiaInternational and regional project exposureHybrid working modelComprehensive health insuranceLearning, development and upskilling opportunitiesTravel across KSA and the wider regionOpportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Riyadh production team
