Production Line Manager (Perfumes)

Job Summary: Responsible for managing perfume production lines, ensuring production targets, quality, safety, and efficiency are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily perfume production and ensure targets are met.Supervise production staff and allocate manpower effectively.Monitor line efficiency, downtime, waste, and production output.Oversee mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging activities.Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, quality, and HSE standards.Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams.Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.Train and develop production team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.5+ years of production experience.Perfume/cosmetics manufacturing experience is highly preferred.Experience managing production lines and teams.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
