Production Manager (All Genders)

Main Responsibilities

Manage the entire production process according to the defined Yanfeng standardsLead the Production Department towards a cost effective production process: Higher productivity (KPI)/Lower internal scrap KPISetup a reporting system of all production related KPIs to the Operation ManagerAnalyse and report production related data (KPI=Key Performance Indicators)Initiate and monitor required cross training activitiesMonitor and update the KPIs to calculate variable base wages and bonus paymentsSupport Continuous Improvement.Lead the Production Department team to optimize working time and minimize waste of energyCreate and lead a task force for problem solving activitiesSupport the integration of new product launches. This requires a strong collaboration with Project/Launch managerFollow the corporate change management processFollow the logistics planning of the Production Department (quantities and shipment dates)Approve Production Operator trainings. Establish training/development plan for each employee.Ensure correct execution of process controls with trained personnel.Assign trained Operators to execute production requirements / ensure correct execution.Take appropriate actions for Production issues.Implement product/process improvements and changes.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of related work experience in automotive manufacturing and management position.5+ years work experience in manufacturing, preferred in stitching leather wrapping.English language – negotiation levelFluent Hungarian
