Production Manager – Steel FabricationSeraj Steel is hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead and organize our steel fabrication shop floor in Al Kharj Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.We are looking for a hands-on production leader who understands how to turn drawings, production plans, manpower, and machinery into an organized and productive shop floor.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and control daily shopfloor activities and production flow.Plan production activities using a structured production planning and control system.Assign workers, machines, and resources according to production priorities and workload.Set clear daily and weekly production targets and ensure they are achieved.Monitor production progress and take immediate action when production falls behind schedule.Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, idle time, unnecessary movement, and inefficient workflows.Continuously improve manpower and machine productivity.Coordinate fabrication activities including cutting, fit-up, welding, finishing, painting, and dispatch.Ensure fabrication is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, welding requirements, and quality standards.Coordinate closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Logistics.Monitor manpower performance and ensure workers are properly allocated according to their skills and production requirements.Maintain strong shopfloor discipline, organization, housekeeping, and accountability.Track production performance and provide clear reports on output, productivity, delays, bottlenecks, and recovery actions.What We Are Looking ForStrong experience in structural steel fabrication and/or Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).Proven experience managing a steel fabrication shop floor.Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and production control systems.Excellent understanding of steel fabrication processes and production sequences.Ability to effectively manage and allocate manpower across multiple workstations.Strong knowledge of shopfloor productivity and continuous improvement.Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and technical specifications.Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Comfortable working in a KPI-driven and performance-focused production environment.We are particularly interested in candidates who don't simply manage production from the office, but who understand the shop floor, identify problems quickly, and actively drive production performance.📍 Location: Al Kharj Industrial City, Saudi Arabia📩 Apply by sending your CV to this job port or send it by email to:hr@serajsteel.cominfo@serajsteel.comEmail Subject: Production Manager Application#SerajSteel #ProductionManager #SteelFabrication #StructuralSteel #PEB #ManufacturingJobs #ProductionManagement #SaudiArabiaJobs #AlKharj #SteelIndustry
