Production Manager – Brand-Side EMS ManagementLocation: South DelhiDepartment: Supply Chain / OperationsExperience: 4–7 YearsIndustry: Electronics Manufacturing / EMS / OEM / ODMPrimebook is looking for a Production Manager to manage end-to-end production execution at our EMS partner. The role will own production planning, factory and vendor management, material readiness, NPI, inventory, quality, productivity and timely dispatch.Key Responsibilities:Manage local material sourcing and readiness, including supplier coordination, timely deliveries, cost negotiation, quality compliance, material availability, critical shortage resolution, and monitoring material consumption against BOM to identify shortages, excess consumption and variancesManage day-to-day operations and coordination with EMS/factory partners.Plan and track daily, weekly and monthly production against targets.Ensure material availability, inventory accuracy and BOM compliance.Monitor production quality, yield, rejection, rework and process adherence.Manage NPI, pilot builds and new model production validation.Monitor factory capacity, manpower, UPH, cycle time and productivity.Coordinate finished goods readiness and dispatch requirements.Drive resolution of production, material, quality and factory-related issues.Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, QA, Tech, Product, Finance and Logistics teams.Track production MIS, costs, bottlenecks and corrective actions.Requirements:4–7 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing / EMS.Experience with EMS/ODM/OEM factory management is preferred.Hands-on experience in electronics/consumer electronics manufacturing such as laptops, tablets or similar products preferred.Strong experience in production planning, material management and inventory control.Experience with NPI, pilot builds and mass-production ramp-up.Good knowledge of Excel, ERP and production reporting.Strong ownership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.CTC : 6LPA Ideal Candidate:A hands-on, factory-oriented professional who can independently represent Primebook at an EMS facility and drive production, quality, material and delivery targets.Interested candidates can share their CV at mehak@primeos.in
