Project / Production Manager – Events | QatarLocation: QatarContract Duration: 15 October 2026 – 15 February 2027Employment Type: Fixed-term contractWe are looking for an experienced Project / Production Manager to join an upcoming major event project in Qatar.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing live events, event production, and large-scale projects, with the ability to take ownership of planning, coordination, and on-site delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and delivery of event projects from concept through executionDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, schedules, and key milestonesCoordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, production partners, and other stakeholdersOversee event production requirements, including logistics, build, technical elements, infrastructure, and site operations as applicableManage suppliers and contractors to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the required standardMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep delivery on trackManage project documentation, schedules, budgets, and operational requirementsLead and coordinate teams during the planning and execution phasesAttend production meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and event days as requiredEnsure all event activities are delivered in line with agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectationsSupport troubleshooting and decision-making during live event deliveryPrepare post-event reports and ensure project close-out requirements are completedRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager, Production Manager, or similar role within the events industryExperience delivering large-scale live events, exhibitions, conferences, festivals, or similar projectsStrong project management and production knowledgeExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party partnersAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesMust currently be based in QatarMust be available for the full contract period from 15 October 2026 to 15 February 2027
