Coming from a Joinery / Furniture background or similar, you'll have an appreciation of how things are put together and with 3 direct reports across assembly, spray and machine shop, will work together to drive improvements across the team.The company have the financial backing of a larger group, but still hold onto their independent identity as a family run, close knit business, with a fantastic culture and great retention rates.
