Production Manager

Production Manager £55k-£60k North Wales Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a furniture manufacturing company, in the hire of a Production Manager. As the Production Manager, you will manage a large team, focusing on forward planning and material planning as well as day to day supervision of Production.Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Own forward planning and material planning across the site to keep production running to schedule.Lead a large team through 4 direct supervisors.Monitor performance, quality and output.Implement new systems and processes to drive change and improve efficiency.Maintain high standards of health and safety across the facility.Work closely with other teams to meet customer requirements and installation deadlines.Production Manager experience required: Proven experience managing a production or manufacturing environment.Strong material planning and forward planning skills.Track record implementing systems and driving change.Practical, hands on, improvement focused approach.Strong background leading larger teams through supervisory structure.Working knowledge of continuous improvement and lean methodologies.About Elevation Recruitment GroupElevation Recruitment Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy that helps people build long-term, successful careers.
