Production Manager

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage and evaluate entire production processContribute to production planning and budgetingLead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain a safe production environmentCoordinate with key internal and external production stakeholdersCommunicate with department managers to define business strategy and required goals.Estimating costs and preparing budgets for the production process.Organizing workflow to meet required specifications and supervising setting deadlines for delivery.Production control and problem solving in the production process.Supervising the performance of production staff and all workers in the production department.Determine the necessary resources such as the volume of labor, raw materials and all requirements of the production process.Supervising the maintenance work and purchasing the equipment required to operate the department.Monitoring and ensuring the production of products that meet quality standards.Supervising the implementation of occupational health and safety precautions.Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to senior management.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.Specialized knowledge: Deep knowledge of production managementSkills: Excellent organizational and leaderships skills. MS-Office proficiencyAbilities: Teamwork, taking new assignments etc.Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Discipline, Punctuality, Hardworking, committed to work etc.Professional Certification: Experience: 5-8 Years
