Production Manager

About the Role

The Production Manager will lead a critical division and oversee the efficient flow of components through multiple manufacturing processes. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a significant production team, driving process improvements, maintaining quality and efficiency standards, and eliminating bottlenecks to support production goals.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with a proven track record in high-volume production environments. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and develop a positive, accountable team culture. Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, production planning, and inventory management is a plus. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
