Production Manager – Manufacturing | £50,000 | Tamworth | 4-Day WeekFancy having every Friday off?We're recruiting an experienced Production Manager for an established manufacturing business in Tamworth, offering a genuine four-day working week – Monday to Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm.We're looking for someone ideally with an automotive manufacturing background who is a hands-on, visible shop-floor leader and enjoys developing people, improving processes and driving production performance.You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day production operation, with a strong focus on:People leadership and developmentProduction planning and performanceLean & Continuous ImprovementKPIs and dataQuality and Health & SafetyRoot-cause analysisProcess improvement and changeYou'll ideally have previous leadership experience within automotive manufacturing and be comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.We're also happy to consider a strong Production Supervisor / Shift Manager from automotive manufacturing who is ready for the next step.Interested?
