Ltd.📍 Location: Begusarai, Bihar🏭 Project: Greenfield Beverage Project – 7 Production Lines💼 Experience: 15+ Years🎓 Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplineWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead production operations for our upcoming Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) Beverage Project at Begusarai.🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production operations for CSD manufacturing.
• Handle production planning, manpower deployment, productivity, OEE, yield and wastage control.
• Strong knowledge of Water Treatment, Syrup Preparation, Blending, Carbonation, Filling, Packaging and CIP processes.
• Drive plant commissioning, trial runs, stabilization and commercial production.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, SOPs and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and other functions for smooth operations.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead, train and develop production teams to achieve operational targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization and process efficiency.🔹 Candidate Profile
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Beverage/CSD manufacturing.
• Strong experience in large-scale beverage production operations.
• Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield projects and plant commissioning will be preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
