Carry lessons into future projects and help improve how the department works.WHAT YOU BRINGExperience owning live events from planning through delivery, including client communication, advancing, and onsite leadership. Roughly three or more years of relevant experience is a useful guide; the work you've owned matters most. The ability to translate a brief into a scope, budget, and practical plan, drawing on technical specialists where needed.Working knowledge of how audio, video, lighting, and broadcast or streaming come together in an event, with the judgment to identify gaps and ask the right questions.Strong organization across concurrent projects, including clear schedules, accurate documentation, delegation, and reliable follow-through.Confident, considerate communication with clients and crews. You can explain a constraint, offer a solution, and make a sound decision under pressure.Production managers, stage managers, and project managers with relevant event experience can all bring valuable perspectives.
