Key Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities and develop production schedules in line with project requirements.Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery schedules.Review shop drawings, reinforcement details, embedded items, lifting points, openings, and dimensional requirements.Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, Maintenance, HSE, Logistics, and Project/Site teams.Lead and supervise production supervisors, foremen, technicians, operators, and workers.Monitor manpower productivity and optimize resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.Control material consumption, concrete and steel wastage, rework, and production costs.Oversee mold/formwork preparation, casting, vibration, curing, demolding, finishing, storage, and handling processes.Monitor product quality, resolve production issues, and implement corrective actions for defects and non-conformities.Coordinate maintenance activities for molds, cranes, batching plants, casting equipment, and other production machinery.Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Identify production bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in precast concrete manufacturing, concrete production, or related activities.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production management or supervision.Strong knowledge of prestressed spun concrete poles, precast concrete manufacturing, and reinforced concrete.Good understanding of shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, molds/formwork, embedded items, concrete technology, costing, and QA/QC procedures.Proven experience managing production teams and factory operations.Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower allocation, material control, and productivity improvement.Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced MS Excel is preferred.Experience with ERP/production management systems and Primavera P6/MS Project is an advantage.
