Key Responsibilities

Manage and update event BOQsCoordinate with suppliers, quotations, orders, and deliveriesSupport production planning and executionCoordinate with the other Project Manager, internal teams, and suppliersAssist with onsite event requirements and event-day coordination

Requirements

Proven experience in event productionStrong knowledge of BOQs, suppliers, and event requirementsProactive, organized, and hands-onOwn UAE visa requiredAvailable for the full 2-month contractBased in DubaiCan start immediately (this week or next week latest Monday)Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM & Events DayEvent Dates: Flexibility required depending on project schedules.📩 Interested?
