Production Manager (Food)

New Retail CPG (CPG) is a fast-growing fresh food company with businesses across Fresh Produce, Protein Processing & Distribution, B2B and Retail. As CPG continues to scale, our Đông Hưng Factory is an important platform for the development of our protein business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily production operations, manpower, productivity, yield, cost and delivery.Lead, develop and build a strong production team, including supervisors, team leaders and frontline workers.Ensure production consistently meets Quality, QA/QC, Food Safety, HACCP and GMP standards.Work closely with QA/QC, Planning, Maintenance and Warehouse teams.Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, yield and operational efficiency.What We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in food manufacturing / processing, including at least 2 years in a production leadership role.Proven experience managing frontline production teams and building a strong, disciplined team.Good understanding of production processes, QA/QC, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety.Hands-on leadership, ownership and strong problem-solving skills.Experience in protein processing - especially beef, salmon/seafood or meat - is a strong plus.
