Production Manager – Garment Manufacturing

Build a stronger production.We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to take overall responsibility for the production performance of our garment factory.In this role, you will ensure that production runs efficiently, reliably and to the required quality, while continuously improving processes, productivity and team performance.Your RoleTake overall responsibility for production planning, execution and performance.Ensure on-time delivery, high quality and efficient production.Manage production capacity, line allocation, manpower and resources effectively.Drive productivity and efficiency improvements and eliminate bottlenecks.Work closely with QA/QC to ensure quality standards are met and production losses are minimized.Lead, motivate and develop production supervisors and line leaders.Identify production risks early and implement effective solutions and corrective actions.Work cross-functionally with Planning, Merchandising, QA/QC, HR, Maintenance and other departments.Monitor key production KPIs and provide clear performance updates to management.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.What You BringSeveral years of experience in garment production management.Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, production planning and line management.Proven track record in improving efficiency, productivity and production performance.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.A hands-on, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities.High level of responsibility for quality, delivery and production results.Why This Role?This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't just manage production, but wants to make a measurable impact – improving performance, developing people and building a stable, efficient and high-performing production environment.If you are a strong production leader who enjoys being close to the operation, solving problems and making things happen, we would like to hear from you.📩 Interested?
