Location: KCN Sóng Thần 3, Thủ Dầu Một, Bình DươngWork-hour: Mon-SatReport to: Operations/General Manager (Swiss)Core role: Manage all shift Manufacturing Production to ensure output, productivity, manpower, SOP compliance, quality; while driving continuous improvement to minimize downtime and waste.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and production teams across shifts to achieve output targets
• Drive productivity, yield, waste, downtime and labor efficiency
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions and process parameters
• Manage manpower allocation, shift performance, discipline and operator training
• Provide technical support for carding, stitch bonding and coating processes
• Work closely with Engineering to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, process discipline and safety

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of production/manufacturing experience in Nonwoven, Textile, Yarn Spinning or related industries
• Strong experience managing supervisors, operators and blue-collar workforce
• Good practical knowledge of Carding & Stitch Bonding technologies
• Strong production KPI, problem-solving and shop-floor management skills
• Fluent in English, able to communicate with European managers.
