Company Description Nuevo Design is an international creative agency based in the UAE, specializing in events and exhibitions. The agency focuses on delivering high-quality, innovative experiences through event management, exhibition design and fabrication, 3D mapping, and experiential marketing. Role Description The Production Manager (Events and Exhibitions) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role oversees end-to-end production for events, decorations and exhibition projects, from initial planning to final execution and dismantling. The Production Manager will produce and review technical drawings, supervise workshop and site builds, resolve production issues in real time, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients. The role also involves sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, overseeing installations and live event operations, and continuously optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Responsibilities- Manage and evaluate entire production process- Cost estimates and budgeting- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain a safe production environment- Source materials and manage procurement- Make technical drawings for the production processQualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURE or similar- 5+ years of production experience in EXHIBITIONS, EVENTS, DECORATIONS- Strong organizational and managerial skills- Knowledge and practical experience in AUTOCAD and ability to produce technical drawingsPlease do not contact with AV experience.Send your CV to l.papyan@nuevodesign.net
