For more information, please visit www.neonglobal.com.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction OversightDevelop, maintain, and manage production schedules and timelines for a range of local and overseas experiences and exhibitionsAlign production needs with creative intent, technical requirements, and operational goalsOversee resource planning, including staffing, equipment, materials, and vendor engagementExecution & DeliveryMonitor progress across all production workstreams, identifying risks early and adjusting plans as neededEnsure efficient resource allocation and support budget development through detailed production insightsUphold quality standards across all deliverables, ensuring projects open on time and perform reliablyDocumentation & Vendor CoordinationMaintain accurate production documentation, reports, and trackersCoordinate with external vendors, contractors, and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality outputsSupport procurement and contract discussions with an understanding of production needs and constraintsProcess & Workflow OptimizationIdentify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable improvementsChampion best practices in production planning, communication, and cross-department collaborationSupport long-term production strategy and roadmap developmentPreferred Qualifications & Skills8 to 10 years of experience in production management or project management, preferably within location based experiences and exhibitionsExperience with experiential, entertainment, cultural, or exhibition environmentsUnderstanding of end-to-end production processes for fabrication, thematic installation and venue adaptations Familiarity with AVLC systems, show control, or technical production workflows is a plusStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAble to travel for work is a must
