About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager specializing in couture bridal gowns. The ideal candidate must have exceptional expertise in pattern making, draping, fittings, luxury fabric handling, and couture garment construction, while leading studio production and ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage studio production and tailoring teamsExecute custom-made bridal gowns from sketch to final deliveryPerform advanced pattern making, draping, and garment cuttingConduct client fittings and precise alterationsWork with luxury fabrics (lace, silk, chiffon, tulle, organza, crepe)Execute hand embroidery, beading, corsetry construction, and structured bodicesEnsure perfect finishing, seams, and garment structureCollaborate closely with design and production teamsSupervise junior tailors and seamstressesMaintain strict deadlines while delivering couture-level qualityRequirementsStrong experience in wedding gowns or haute couture brandsExperience leading atelier or factory production teamsStrong technical knowledge in cutting and garment constructionExperience working with reputable or luxury fashion brands
