Responsibilities

Coordinate effectively between HQ, clients, mills, and garment factories in AsiaManage the full administrative process from style creation and order entry to handover to logisticsMaintain order follow-up and oversee the full product lifecycle from sampling to shipmentCommunicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholdersPrepare and update production and tracking reports accuratelySupport issue-solving and ensure on-time deliveries

Required Skills

Strong organizational and communication skills, with great attention to detailExperience with ERP / PLM systems and Microsoft OfficeTeam player with strong accountability and interpersonal skillsExperience in project coordination or operations (manufacturing experience is a plus, not required)Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environmentExcellent verbal and written EnglishPackage - AED 8000 - AED 10000/month
