Production OperatorIndustry: Tyre ManufacturingExperience: 7–10 yearsQualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics or relevant technical disciplineJob SummaryWe are looking for experienced Production Technicians – Mixing with hands-on experience in tyre manufacturing. Candidates should have practical experience operating Banbury/internal mixing machines and a strong understanding of mixing processes, machine parameters, quality and safety requirements.Key Responsibilities• Operate and monitor Banbury/internal mixing machines in tyre manufacturing.• Follow approved mixing recipes, batch sequences and production parameters.• Monitor mixing time, temperature, pressure, rotor speed and other critical parameters.• Ensure correct weighing, charging and discharge of raw materials.• Maintain consistency and quality of rubber compounds.• Perform routine machine and process checks.• Identify abnormalities and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.• Maintain production and machine records.• Follow SOPs, safety, PPE, 5S and housekeeping standards.• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.Required Machine ExperienceCandidates with hands-on experience on the following machines will be strongly preferred:• Banbury GK320 – HF / Kobelco• Banbury F305 – HF / Kobelco• Tangential / Internal Mixer
