Job Responsibilities
Operate Fabric/Rubber Calender machines efficiently and safely.Run the machine at supplier-rated speed while maintaining product quality.Monitor auto bank, surge and feed mill operations.Handle extruder, mills, let-off and wind-up operations.Operate and monitor Calender let-off systems.Maintain fabric gauge and calender skim as per specifications.Adjust calender roll gap according to fabric gauge.Identify and resolve minor machine/process issues.Monitor machine parameters and ensure smooth production.Minimize scrap generation and ensure consistent product quality.Follow safety, quality and production procedures.Candidate Profile:Experience in tyre/rubber manufacturing, preferably in the Semi-Finishing / Calendering section.Hands-on experience operating Fabric/Rubber Calender machines.Experience with Comerio Ercole Calender will be highly preferred.Good understanding of textile fabric calendering and rubber compound processing.Ability to independently operate and monitor the complete calendering process.Interested candidates may share their updated CV at mary@multilinkindia.com
