The Planner will develop, coordinate, and optimize production schedules that ensure efficient manufacturing operations, on-time customer deliveries, and appropriate inventory levels. This role is responsible for balancing production capacity, material availability, and customer demand while working cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented planner with strong analytical skills, experience in manufacturing environments, and the ability to proactively identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.Skills and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or supply chain planning experienceStrong experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsProven ability to develop and manage production schedules in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of inventory management, capacity planning, and demand forecasting principlesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing production requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, analyze, and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, sales forecasts, inventory targets, and production capacityReview customer orders and sales requirements to determine production feasibility and ensure on-time delivery commitmentsCreate and manage production orders within the ERP/MRP system to support customer and inventory requirementsCoordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Sales to ensure material availability and efficient production flowMonitor inventory levels and production performance, making schedule adjustments to address shortages, bottlenecks, and changing priorities
