Production Planner (office hour)

The Planner is responsible for coordinating customer demand, production schedules, and supply chain activities to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This role serves as the key point of contact for assigned customers, proactively managing delivery commitments, resolving supply issues, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts, managing planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring effective issue resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.Provide customers with regular and ad hoc updates on production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying gaps and supporting root cause analysis for performance deviations.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.Monitor production schedules and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of customer delivery requirements.Job RequirementsExperience in EMS, electronics, electrical, or contract manufacturing industries preferred Experience in production planning, demand planning, scheduling, or master scheduling preferredSupply Chain Management background preferredKnowledge of SAP/ERP/MRP systems is an advantageStrong Excel skills required (Intermediate level); Data analysis experience is an added advantage
