Production Planning

About the roleThis role involves planning and coordinating daily and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and production capacity, monitoring production progress, and ensuring schedules are completed according to required timelines. You will coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production flow, plan and monitor material requirements, and manage inventory levels to minimize shortages or excess stock.Key responsibilitiesPlan and coordinate daily and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and production capacityMonitor production progress and ensure schedules are completed according to the required timelineCoordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production flowPlan and monitor material requirements to ensure sufficient materials are available for productionReview BOM structure and ensure material requirements are properly plannedMonitor inventory levels and minimize material shortages or excess stockUpdate and maintain production planning data in SAP/MES systems and prepare relevant reportsIdentify production planning issues and work with relevant teams to resolve delays or material shortagesAbout youBachelor's Degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum 1–3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environmentExperience with SAP/MES systems and knowledge of BOM structure and material requirement planning (MRP) is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with good proficiency in Microsoft ExcelGood communication, coordination, teamwork, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
