Production Planning Engineer

Position Summary:Responsible for production planning, scheduling, and coordination of transformer manufacturing activities to ensure timely delivery, efficient resource utilization, and alignment between production, materials, and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain production plans and schedules for transformer manufacturing orders.Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.Monitor production progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.Ensure material and capacity availability to meet production and delivery targets.Track production KPIs and prepare planning and progress reports.Support production optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in production planning, preferably in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing.Strong knowledge of production scheduling, ERP/MRP systems, and manufacturing processes.Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.English language proficiency.📍 Location: Saudi Arabia – Dammam (SPARK)
