Production Project Manager – Civil & Structures

LINKVIVA is looking for an experienced Production Project Manager with a strong Civil Engineering background to lead the end-to-end delivery of temporary, semi-permanent and permanent structures across our projects in the UAE.This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from Civil Engineering into project/production management and has hands-on experience delivering complete structures from a vacant plot through construction, fit-out, commissioning and final client handover.This is not an interior fit-out-only or exhibition-stand role. We are looking for candidates with proven ground-up project delivery experience.What You’ll DoLead projects from site preparation, groundworks and foundations through structural works, fit-out, commissioning and handover.Manage civil and external works including excavation, filling, compaction, drainage, utilities, access roads, hardstanding and parking.Oversee steel, modular, precast and/or conventional construction systems.Manage architectural and interior fit-out works alongside MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, IT and security systems.Review and coordinate drawings, BOQs, technical submissions, material samples and method statements.Manage consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, budgets and project programmes.Coordinate authority approvals, inspections, testing and commissioning.Lead snagging, project documentation and final client handover.Deliver multiple workstreams within demanding, fast-track project timelines while maintaining quality standards.What We’re Looking ForCivil Engineering background with strong project/production management experience.Proven experience delivering complete projects from vacant plot to final handover.Experience with projects such as developer sales centres, experience centres, commercial pavilions, modular buildings, hospitality facilities and/or G/G+1 structures.Strong understanding of civil, structural, architectural, MEP and external works.Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants, suppliers, budgets and programmes.Comfortable working within fast-paced, deadline-driven project environments.UAE project experience is highly preferred.To ApplyPlease share your CV along with details of relevant completed projects, clearly mentioning:Project type and sizeProject valueConstruction system usedYour personal scope of responsibility from start to handoverCandidates with only interior fit-out or exhibition-stand experience will not be suitable for this particular requirement.
