Production Supervisor

Job Purpose:Responsible for the supervising & control of industrial production process, Overseeing & organizing the work of the employee During his shift in the production areas.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily production operations to achieve production targets.Lead, coach, and develop the production team.Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standardsMonitor KPIs including OEE, Yield, Waste, and Downtime.Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in FMCG or Food Manufacturing.Experience in protein processing (Poultry, Meat, Seafood, or Plant-Based Proteins) is preferred.Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in a shift-based and refrigerated production environment.
