Join us now to be a part of this ground-breaking mission!About this PositionWe are looking for a Production Supervisor who is responsible for executing and monitoring daily production and packing activities, optimizing manpower and resources, ensuring product quality and operational compliance, analyzing productivity and Cost Per Pack (CPP), and driving continuous improvement to achieve production targets efficiently.Job DescriptionAs our Astronaut, your missions are:Execute daily packing and production schedules in accordance with production plans.Assign and optimize manpower allocation to ensure efficient packing line operations.Monitor daily production output, productivity, and Cost Per Pack (CPP) against established targets.Ensure product quality, packing standards, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and SOP requirements.Coordinate the availability of packaging materials, equipment, and production resources.Resolve daily operational issues, including downtime, manpower shortages, and material constraints.Monitor manpower utilization and adjust deployment based on production volume and operational priorities.Ensure production data, shift reports, and operational records are accurate and submitted on time.Job Requirements:In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:Minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Food Technology, Agricultural Technology, or related fields, with 2+ years of relevant experience; SMA/SMK graduates are welcome with 5+ years of relevant experience.Proven experience in Production, Fresh Warehouse Operations, Packing House, Inventory, Outbound, or Agribusiness/Plantation operations.Strong leadership experience in managing Team Leaders and operational teams, including manpower planning, performance management, and coaching.Good understanding of production planning & scheduling, productivity analysis, and Cost Per Pack (CPP) analysis.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or warehouse/business process improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrates high ownership, accountability, integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
