Ravi Brass continues to grow as a trusted industry name, supporting connections across global markets.Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations. The role includes supervising production teams, monitoring workflow on the shop floor, and ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. The Production Supervisor will coordinate production planning, allocate resources and materials, and support continuous improvement in processes and productivity. This role also involves maintaining safety and compliance standards, resolving operational issues, and reporting production performance to management. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as quality, maintenance, and logistics is essential to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.Candidates should possess experience in Production Planning and Production Schedules, including capacity planning, workflow optimization, and adherence to deadlines.Candidates should possess solid Production Management capabilities, including process control, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with production staff, management, and cross-functional teams.Relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in metal components, electrical parts, or similar industrial environments.Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and basic problem-solving tools (e.g., root cause analysis) is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain attention to detail, and use basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
