Production Supervisor

Position Title: Production Supervisor Department: ProductionKey Responsibilities:Production Planning: Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.Team Supervision: Lead and manage production staff, assign tasks, and ensure discipline.Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, implement quality standards, and ensure defect-free output.Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and implement lean manufacturing practices.Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, statutory compliance, and company policies.Reporting: Maintain production records, prepare daily/weekly reports, and share with management.Qualifications:Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production supervision and quality control
