Job Title: Production Supervisor - Emiratization program (Exclusively for UAE National)Job Code: JPC - 6302Location : Dubai - UAEExperience: 3 : 5 Years Education: Diploma DegreeLanguage: Excellent in English Job DescriptionSupport daily production activities within assigned lines, areas, shifts, or stations to ensure safe, timely, and compliant execution of approved production plans and production orders.Support the Production Lead and Production Manager by translating approved production priorities into assigned work allocation, line readiness checks, manpower coordination, and follow-up actions.Supervise assigned technicians, operators, or shop-floor personnel by monitoring attendance, work allocation, task completion, discipline, PPE compliance, productivity, training needs, skill gaps, and adherence to approved instructions.Confirm production readiness within the assigned area by checking manpower availability, materials, consumables, kits, tools, equipment, testers, work instructions, routings, ERP/SAP/MES requirements, production order status, quality controls, PPE, 5S, and area readiness.Use and follow up ERP/SAP/MES requirements within the assigned scope, including production order status, routing-step confirmation, labor booking visibility, material consumption, WIP status, rework/scrap booking, traceability records, system gaps, and order closure status.Qualifications, Experience And Skills3 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operations, technical assembly, testing, maintenance support Diploma, technical certificate, bachelor s degree, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing
